Example:

We rebuilt outbound. Meetings up 5.5X.
Outbound pipeline 5% → 42%.
Ramp 3 months → 3 weeks.
Board meetings? Calm again.”

That’s enough. Clear pain. Clear results. A touch of emotion.

  • Persona
  • Problem
  • What we did
  • Outcome
  • Quote (if earned)

You don’t need 20. You need 3–5 that map to your most common pains.

Then train them. Use them. Review if and how they performed in the wild.
