I determine what needs to be improved and help the organization build the right structure, team, technology, messaging, training, coaching, hiring, onboarding and support from the rest of the organization to have a healthy and scalable sales organization.
I also train and coach leaders, managers and reps on the necessary skills to sell. We get into the tiny details while painting the big picture.
