How Great Leaders Build Thinkers, Not Followers

Paul Olean taught me a lot early in my career.

If you’re the employee — don’t just bring your boss a problem.
Think it through. Bring ideas for how to fix it.

If you’re the leader — your job isn’t to solve everyone’s problems.
It’s to help your team think for themselves and grow from it.

That’s how real leaders build other leaders.
