Research.

Drop a nugget of insight in the first 10–20 seconds and suddenly you’re not “another random caller.” You’re the interesting one.

The best teams either:

  • Dig it up themselves and keep it handy (in a note)
  • Or have AI spoon-feed it to them (also in a note)

Because nothing melts a prospect’s cold exterior faster than:

“Hi Mike, I saw you’ve posted 10+ BDR job openings in the last 60 days…”

instead of

“Hi, can I have 27 seconds of your time?”

Do your homework. Or let AI do it. Just don’t wing it.
